Solutions:
1. C) M2 sold by B=(0.18*7lakhs)*(5/8)*0.54=42525 units
A=(0.29*7lakhs)*(3/7)*0.45=39150 units
D=(0.16*7lakhs)*(5/9)*0.7=43556units
E=(0.17*7lakhs)*(2/5)*0.6=28560 units
F=(0.12*7akhs)*(7/15)*0.65=25480units
2.
D) The no. of units disposed = (0.16*7)*(4/9)*0.23=11448
3. A) Required average = [(0.18*7lakhs)*3/7] + [0.18*7*5/8] + [0.16*7*5/9] + [0.17*7*2/5]/4
= 0.54 + 0.7875 + 0.622 + 0.476/4 = 242550/4 = 60638
4.
B) the total number of M1 sold by A and E
together = [7lakhs*0.29*(4/7)*0.48] + [7lakhs*0.17*(3/5)*0.5] = 0.5568+0.357lakhs
= 91380
5. B)
The no. of model M2 items sold by company F = (0.12*7akhs)*(7/15)*0.65
= 25480units
6.
E) Pattern of series is:
+30, +50, +70, +90, +110, +130
7.
C) Pattern of series is:
13 + 3 = 16; 16 + 5 = 21; 21 + 7 = 28 ≠ 27; 28 + 11
= 39; 39 + 13 = 52; 52 + 17 = 69
8. C)
Pattern of series is: +81, +83, +85, +87, +89,
+91
9. B)
Pattern of series is: +25, +29, +33, +37, +41,
+45
10.
A) Pattern of series is:
11 × 11 × 11 = 1331; 13 × 13 × 13 = 2197; 15 × 15 ×
15 = 3375; 17 × 17 × 17 = 4913 ≠ 4914; 19 × 19 × 19 = 6859

contain different types of books among Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Math, Science,
Physics, Chemistry and Civics. Boxes are of different colours among
red, green, black and yellow colour. Exactly two boxes are there of
each colour. Consider top as 1st position and so on. The following

immediately below the box containing Math book. Box U is below the box N. The
box containing Civics book is placed at even numbered place but is
not placed at the bottom. The red colour box which is kept at top either
